Frequently asked questions
Do participants need to install an app?
No. Participants join from their phone browser by scanning a QR code or opening a short link. Only the presenter uses the Levanta Mão app.
Do participants need an account?
Not by default. Participation is anonymous and uses only a technical identifier to prevent duplicate votes. Identification is available only when the presenter asks for it.
How is my data handled?
We collect the minimum data needed for live sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel a subscription at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
