Platform use

The host is responsible for session content, moderation, purpose of use, and communication with participants. Participants must avoid offensive, illegal, or abusive content. The service may limit, block, or remove content to preserve safety, integrity, and the real-time experience.

Each host may keep one session live at a time. Live sessions have a maximum duration and are ended automatically when that limit is reached, with notice before the end. To preserve real-time stability, the service may temporarily limit new sessions or new entries during exceptional usage volume.

Imported presentations are subject to file-size and slide/page limits, which vary by plan and are shown in the app when uploading. On-device AI analysis may be partial or slower for larger presentations or devices with less memory; the app flags these conditions and offers alternatives when available.

Subscriptions (Levanta Mão Pro)

Levanta Mão offers an initial 14-day free period, without a card, with up to 14 real sessions and up to 100 participants per session. After that period or after the free sessions are used, Levanta Mão Pro is required to open new live sessions and unlock export, branding, AI, and longer history.

Billing is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device’s store. The subscription is charged immediately when you subscribe and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Each plan’s price is shown in the app at purchase time; taxes may apply by region.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

On-device artificial intelligence

The app’s AI features (presentation analysis, suggested questions, polls, and recaps) are generated on the device by Google’s Gemma model, running through LiteRT, without relying on cloud AI servers. Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use. By using AI features, you also agree to comply with the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. You are responsible for the content you send to the model and for how you use generated content; Google does not claim ownership of outputs produced on your device.

Service changes

Features may change as the product evolves. Data and operational logs may be used for safety, auditing, and service improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
