LEVANTA MÃO

Privacy

We process the minimum data needed to operate Q&A, polls, and real-time participation sessions. Much of the processing happens on your own device.

What we collect

Hosts provide session titles, settings, and content. Participants may provide nicknames, questions, votes, and poll answers. For host accounts, we process the email used for authentication. We also use technical device identifiers to prevent duplication and abuse.

On your device

In the app, artificial intelligence analysis, which suggests recaps, polls, and quizzes from your presentation, runs locally on the device. AI uses Google’s Gemma model running on the device through LiteRT (see the Terms of Use). AI analysis is not sent to our servers. Exception: when projecting a PPTX presentation during a live session, the file is temporarily sent to our rendering service to generate slide images; PDF presentations are processed on the device. The local database is encrypted, and you can delete all data at any time in Settings.

Subscriptions

Levanta Mão Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store card or payment data; we only receive subscription status (active, trialing, expired) to unlock paid features.

Diagnostics and metrics

Error reports and usage metrics are optional and are collected only with your consent. You can enable or disable these sends at any time in the app’s privacy settings.

Retention and your rights

Session data follows the retention period configured by the host. After the session ends and that period expires, the retention routine may remove the session and associated data. Access, correction, or deletion requests may be sent through support or to the organization responsible for the session.

Hosts with accounts may delete their own account and all associated data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web at levantamao.com.br/conta/excluir. Deletion is permanent and releases the email for a new registration.
